I'm glad I never used disposables last week.

I planted a bougainvillea tree today

I sort my recyclable trash by color of glass, plastic code, metal cans, cardboard and other paper and take to the recycle facility that separates those commodities.

The green onions I bought from the mart the other day were cut and stored in the freezer, and the remaining roots were planted in small pots to grow.

I decided a trip into town to the store was unnecessary, so I saved fuel and didn't polute.

I am carrying a container in my bag in case I have left-over food in a restaurant.

Actually on the 12th: Donated items to Goodwill.

Actually on 8/11: Refrained from watering our lawn and let it go dormant. It will grow again when the fall rains come.

Actually 8/10: Gave the scraps from making chicken soup (bones, skin, etc.) to the ravens who live here.

Noticed the ladies behind me at a store didn't have required bags for items so I gave them some I had leftover so they didn't have to buy them.
