I cleaned out, washed, and recycled my pet’s food cans which I usually toss in the trash. I hope to make this a habit, and in this way, change the way I live my life little by little

The drought and hot weather has been hard on my lawn and garden. To give it the nutrients and care they need, I used natural and organic products.

Today I finished all of the food that I brought or bought, did not eat excessively, and created minimal trash.

For a birthday gift, I bought wooden toys instead of plastic toys

Use cloth napkins instead of paper napkins on the table.

I washed my hair with the liquid that I made with soap nuts instead of shampoo and the vineager instead of the conditioner.

Even though I don't like potato salad, I didn't cook my own rice today and I had dinner with my husband's potato salad.

I wash today my hair with Soap and vinegar instead of shampoo and conditioner.

I brought my own mug to the coffee shop so I can avoid getting a paper cup.

To go to work to the 5th level I used the stairs today instaed of the elevator.
