I feel anxious and worried from time to time, but I try to notice it. Let\'s practice not living in pain, attached by greed and impatience.

불안과 걱정이 수시로 올라오지만, 그렇구나 알아차림해 봅니다. 욕심과 조바심으로 괴롭게 살지 않는 연습을 해봅니다. I feel anxious and worried from time to time, but I try to notice it. Let's practice not living in pain, attached by greed and impatience.

I still often discern between right and wrong, but my lack of awareness makes them easily suffer. I admit that I have a habit of being impatient while being chased with no time to spare, and start anew.

I look back how I spent the week discerning right from wrong and blaming others. I try again, although I lack awareness of the state of my body and mind.

My body itches in the rain and cool weather. I stop complaining about the weather and focus on keeping warm. I suffer by the greed of wanting the world to turn out the way I want it to. I admit my foolishness.
