    It's no big deal when I try to do the things I were worried about one by one. I still want to do well and have a lot of greed to be recognized, so I admit that it's painful by myself.

    I feel pressured because the new executive at the company is smart and ambitious, and is also a workaholic. Working at night or weekends and giving homework is a burden. I acknowledge my level and do only as much as I can. My mind is at ease now.
