    I regret getting angry when my mother told me that she is taking 500,000 won worth of health supplements every month for the past 6 months because she was attracted to stop taking blood pressure and depression medication. I couldn't acknowledge my mother's desire to stop taking blood pressure and depression medication that she had been taking for 20 years. I am happy here now.

    After walking 10,000 steps yesterday and sleeping well, I feel much lighter. Atopy gets worse when I overworked and was stressed, so it makes me controll my lifestyle. I'm glad that I can afford to live like this. I am happy here now.
