    It rains all day from early moring making for a gloomy and chilly day. However, rain is good for all living beings. Dead reeds and newly blooming flowers coexist at the same time, and life continues. Despite the weather, beautiful, colorful flowers and the soothing sounds of birds chirping made me feel grateful for my daily life.

    Being Happier
    Last night, heavy rain fell. When I started to walk, it was gloomy and chilly, but the weather eventually cleared up and became sunny in the middle of the walk. I enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air in the woods. Like the weather, our minds and lives are impermanent and constantly changing. Negative conditions can transform into positive ones with time. Can you hear the birds chirping and the water flowing in the stream? We are the master of our own freedom and happiness in life. We can create our own happiness in any circumstance. Let's focus on cultivating our happiness. I walked 10,000 steps – well done.
